Huh. Tired already but my eyes still won’t sleep. Insomnia! This is a frustrating affliction for me that stalks me at night and leaves me feeling ragged, tired and irritable during the day ==’malam sibuk sgt dgn facebooknye, assignmentny, makannye, sume buad tgh malam. Sapa je siang duduk berzikir masa belaja. Ohh insomnia -.- sejak bila dan bagaimana? Saya pun ta tahu. Tapi sebab2 nya mungkin saya tahu. He he baru-baru ni saya Tanya auntie mcmana na buad ni. Baru lah saya tahu, semuanya tu senanye sbb sy jugak. He. There is some tips that my aunt give me and Alhamdulillah, dah sembuh pun dr penyakit malam2 tu J
Some facts that I have realise, all of sudden ^^ :
1. First af all -
Caffeine : Coffee? Tea? Cola drinks and chocolate all contain caffeine which can lead to insomnia. Okay, memang sedap senanye cola n cokelat tu, favourite actually :’) but! It is better best to avoid them at night and possibly from mid afternoon. But cut down gradually because sudden caffeine withdrawal can also cause slepplessness . kata auntie -.-‘ huhu.


2. 2nd - Late Dinner : The disgestive system does not work as well as it does during the day, so eating a large meal just before bedtime will tax your body and can make it more difficult to fall asleep or to stay asleep for more than a few hours. Untuk sebab ni, sgtlah penting yeh utk kita makan sekurang2nya tiga jam sebelum tido-.- (mcm aku, jam 3 4 masih mengunyah lagi lepas tu na tido konon, mknn pun ta hadam lg mana taleh tido nye) makan makanan yang berat mcm nasi, taupun makanan yg pedas waktu malam blh nyebabkan sakit perut (senanye ni hobi aku), okay? Dan juga panas ulu hati yg mana sbb ni la jgk yg blh mengganggu tdo kta yg indah tu ==’okay.
3. 3th - Lifestyle : Long working hours and hectic social life, with little time given to winding down and relaxation, inevitably encourages sleep problems. Emm, padanlah dgn aku yang ta reti behenti bejalan sepanjang hari kesana dan kemari -.-‘
Senanye, insomnia ni bnyk dsbbkan faktor pemakanan dan cara hidup seharian kita kowt . ta reti jaga, camni lh jadinya. But thanks to my little dearest auntie , for the advise, Alhamdulillah. Tido pn dah stabil, hati pun senang. Hee . K lah tu je lah kowt utk ai ni. Saja nulis senanye, bosan . Bai ! :)
